Sleep Worlds
The Sleep Worlds app invites you into a unique story world combining atmospheric words and imagery designed to help you drift off.
We used Unreal Engine 5 to build three different environments that transport you into another world. The scenes are never static, with a procedural lighting and weather system that constantly changes the scene. Leveraging this technology allowed us to deliver hours and hours of footage, so you never see the same scene.
Beautiful Procedural Realities
Reactive Worlds
Each world combines layers of procedural systems to create an near infinite amount of variation. Packed into each world are easter eggs and detail that appear at random within the experience.
Hours of content
By utilising the latest realtime technology with Unreal Engine 5, we were able to leverage these everchanging scenes into hours of 4k rendered content at little extra effort. This allowed the team at Sleep Worlds to incorporate a different scene per day to mirror the beautifully written and narrated randomised poetry delivered in the app.
